To be eligible for any of our courses you must be

Between 16 and 21 years of age

Out of school for at least three months
A training allowance may be payable
Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing
Gym Based Exercise
This qualification covers all the components required to work effectively and competently as a fitness instructor, which include:

Anatomy and physiology for exercise

Principles of exercise, health and fitness

Knowledge of how to support clients who take part in exercise and physical activity and health

Safety and welfare in a fitness environment
Level 1 Diploma in Beauty Therapy
This is a qualification that has been specifically designed to introduce you to practical beauty therapy skills. Learners will have their beauty therapy skills assessed in a real or realistic working environment. The purpose of this qualification is to develop your skills in beauty therapy and will provide you with the foundation for further learning.
